Spectrophotometer CM-26dG
Highest Level Of Repeatability With High Inter-Instrument Agreement With Incomparable Speed And High Usability
The CM-26dG Spectrophotometer is a color measuring instrument used in various industries such as textiles, plastics, coatings, and printing. It is manufactured by Konica Minolta Sensing Japan, a leading company in the field of light measurement and color management.
Konica Minolta new CM-26dG spectrophotometer is the latest product line-up with a 2-in-1 designed model capable for measuring both color and gloss simultaneously. It is built with d:8° and integrated with 60° gloss measurement. Because color and gloss can be perform simultaneously with a single device, no separate and switching between spectrophotometer and glossmeters are needed. This improves work efficiency especially when measuring a large quantity of samples.
The CM-26dG spectrophotometer uses a diffraction grating to split the light into its various wavelengths and measures the amount of light that is absorbed or reflected by the sample being measured. It can measure both specular and diffuse light, making it suitable for measuring various surfaces including glossy and matte surfaces.
The instrument has a small and medium measuring area of 4mm and 8mm, which allows for easy measurement of uneven or textured surfaces. It also has a high-resolution color display and a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use.
The CM-26dG spectrophotometer can be used to measure a wide range of color values including L*a*b*, L*Ch, and Delta E*ab, which makes it useful for color matching and quality control applications.
Konica Minolta CM-26dG has the highest level of repeatability and inter-instrument agreement amongst the portable spectrophotometers. Because of the way supply chains are constantly being built and modified, data needs to be shared amongst increasingly more sites. This has made high repeatability and high inter-instrument agreement prerequisites for portable spectrophotometers.
The CM-26dG has a viewfinder brightly illuminates the measurement point with an LED to make target alignment faster, easier and more precise. It also incorporates a pointer that makes it even easier to identify the measurement area.
